Get in touch with us at +91 9876543210 or via Instagram DMs @instid by attaching sketches, reference images, or inspirational mood boards. If you don’t have artwork ready, simply tell us your preferred theme, colors, and size and we’ll help refine your concept.
Consultation
Our tufting experts review your artwork, confirm dimensions, and suggest any tweaks (e.g., simplifying intricate details for better tufting results) and also help you browse our extensive yarn library in-studio or via digital swatches to Pick exact hues or mix-and-match custom blends at no extra charge.
Quotation and Production
Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a detailed estimate covering materials, labor and finishing. Once you approve, and make a full payment, we will begin the production. You’ll still see regular progress photos and can give feedback at key stages.
Delivery
Studio Pickup: Swing by the studio to collect your masterpiece, meet the team, and snap that celebratory “rug reveal” photo; or
Doorstep Delivery: Prefer delivery? We’ll wrap your rug and schedule an at-door delivery for a small fee. Expect it 1–3 days after finishing.
